Group Reformer

I teach this class Mondays & Thursday at 9 am and Tuesdays at 6:45pm.

Group Reformer is for ALL levels. Classes begin with footwork, followed by deep core, conditioning, arm, leg work, and spine. Balance the body, creating strength and length!

Hot Pilates Sculpt

I teach this class Mondays 5:15 & 6:30 pm, Wednesdays 5:30pm, Thursdays 5:15pm, Saturdays 8:30 am, & Sundays at 2pm

Low impact. High intensity. Maximum sweat. Hot Pilates Sculpt is a mat-based, full-body workout set to energizing music and practiced in a heated studio designed to make you work. Rooted in Pilates principles, this class combines controlled, low-impact movements with high-intensity sculpting sequences that fire up your core, strengthen muscles, and build serious endurance. The heat turns up the challenge, helping you dig deeper, stay present, and push past perceived limits—without high-impact stress on your joints. Expect to sweat. A lot. The burn builds, the music drives, and the energy is contagious. This class is fiery, fun, and a little addictive. Perfect for anyone craving an intense workout, a powerful sweat, and that post-class I feel unstoppable feeling. Come ready to move, sweat, and feel strong. All levels welcome. Bring water (you’ll need it).

Hot Vinyasa

I teach this class Tuesdays 9 am, Thursdays 6:30 pm, & Saturdays at 10 am

Vinyasa links breath with movement in a dynamic, flowing sequence of postures. You'll move through a series of creative sequences, including standing poses, balances, and stretches, all designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The class is paced to encourage fluid transitions, mindfulness, and focus, helping you to deepen your practice and find a sense of rhythm and flow. Suitable for practitioners with some prior experience, this class offers both challenge and release, leaving you energized and centered. Room is heated to 90-100 degrees.

Foundational Reformer

I teach this class Wednesdays at 9am and Tuesdays at 5:30 pm.

Designed for all levels, specifically beginners to pilates and the reformer. Each exercise is designed to develop balance, coordination, and stability while focusing on correct form and technique.

Mat Pilates

I teach this class Wednesdays at 4 pm Sundays at 11 am (non heated) and Thursdays at 5:45 am (heated).

Mat-based pilates offers a full-body workout focused on precision, control, and deep core strength. Pilates is widely known for improving posture, balance, mobility, and core stability—making it an ideal practice for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to build strength in a smart, sustainable way. This low-impact class strengthens from the inside out, targeting the muscles that support how you move in everyday life.

Expect intentional, controlled movements designed to challenge you without overwhelming your body. You’ll leave feeling strong, steady, and more connected to your body.

Intermediate Vinyasa

I teach this class on Sundays at 12:30pm.

Designed for curious and committed practitioners, intermediate vinyasa focuses on arm balances and inversions as tools for growth and exploration. Through creative sequencing, drills, and playful transitions, we'll build strength, coordination and awareness. You'll be guided to challenge yourself while honoring your edge with options offered along the way. Not sure if this class is for you? Discuss with your teacher to learn more. You should be able to do Crow Pose, be working on headstands, grasshopper, etc…
